Colette Foster joined the Board of the Fort Greene Association in 2014. She was born and raised in Jamaica and has been a resident of Fort Greene for 27 years.
Colette holds a B.A. in Psychology from Hollins University, a Masters Health Management and Policy from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, and a JD from New York Law School, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Colette spent the first 10 years of her career working in the public and not for profit sectors, and is now a financial services attorney. She is passionate about her teenage boys and about diversity, inclusion and access to opportunities. Colette wants to ensure that her beloved Fort Greene remains a neighborhood that works for everyone.
